My Youtube channel as a 12-year-old boy that made me fall in love with filmmaking.

I joined Rox in 2026 as founding designer. What a great challenge it was to design for one of the fastest-growing startups in the world!
Imagine being handed full creative direction and budget to bring life to "agents that grow revenue"... Here are three lessons from that experience.
From idea to live campaign, 10x faster.
One highlight was taking an out-of-home campaign from concept to launch in a single week. It ended up in Times Square: "Every great idea had to be sold." The fun part was finding clever ways to make it viral on social media as well (5.8M total impressions in first 2 quarters of 2026). What took months now takes hours. I broke down the whole creative process in this interview below (iterating on visual styles, visualizing the campaign with AI mockups, turning static assets into videos to get the full feel for an idea, etc.)

Systems to deslopify.
With AI, everyone is a designer now: anyone can generate visuals and code with a look that is roughly on-brand. As head of design, my job shifted to building the systems that let the team ship high-quality marketing assets and product updates without being in the room. This implied creating a design system that encoded the brand’s guideline and taste as rule files shared across engineering and marketing teams.
One of Rox's core tenets is to out-ship the competition... reacting faster to market changes is how you win in tech. Publishing a video every day and a product update every week was a forcing function that kept the whole team focused. Notably, working with Leah Clapper showed me the pace the most relentless marketing teams now operate at. The only mindset to make it work is iteration: break big projects into pieces that can get market feedback quickly, then double down on what works. That idea shaped daily tweaks to my creative direction over the marketing site, the published videos, and every feature we pushed.
I'll admire Ishan and the Rox team for a long time. Their fearlessness gave me a new baseline, on my own founder journey, for how fast a company can move.
